What is reflective material?

The principle of retroreflection, which is one of the forms of light reflection, is utilized by reflective material. This is the process by which light enters an object and then exits again. It is part of the passive reflection process, which means that it does not require the provision of any additional energy. As long as there is light to do the return, it can serve as a warning, and it is a product that is very safe, energy efficient, and environmentally friendly. Reflective material is a very difficult product to manufacture because it involves chemical polymers, physical optics, and high requirements for mechanical equipment. Additionally, the environmental requirements for the manufacturing process are extremely stringent and include temperature, humidity, the proficiency of personnel during operation, and other factors. Reflective materials require a large quantity of raw materials; additionally, the product’s complexity is increased by the fact that these raw materials are superimposed upon one another.

Application Method
Stick Directly (Pressure Sensitive Type): Our reflective sheeting workshop products are basically pressure-sensitive adhesive type, so its most obvious feature is that there must be a protective release paper behind, or also a release film
Sewing: It is the most used way.
Waving: That is, weaving reflective threads and reflective yarns into clothes, hats, bags, etc.
Hot Pressing: It’s suitable for heat transfer vinyl products and parameters such as temperature, time and pressure need to be set.

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive— For reflective tape for vehicles
Can be divided into PET, Acrylic, PC, PVC, PET+ PMMA and PET+ PVC, TPU.
